At ZPTangka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Here’s our simple, hassle-free return policy.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Have all tags and accessories included
Items that are NOT eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Digital products or downloadable content
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at zoozptangka@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at zoozptangka@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost to you
- OR issue a full refund including shipping costs
- OR offer a store credit for the full amount
We cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
