  • Delivery Times:
    • United States: 7-14 business days
    • UAE / Saudi Arabia: 10-18 business days
    • International: 14-25 business days
  • All orders include full tracking information
  • Shipping insurance is included on all orders

4. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
